BACKGROUND OF THE COMPANY

RCL Retail Limited was originally incorporated on 29.09.2010 in the State of Tamil Nadu in the name and style of ‘RCL Retail Private Limited’ and its name was changed to SHANTI GURU INDUSTRIES LIMITED on 19th October, 2022. The registered office of the company is at Sapna Trade Centre, 10th Floor, 10B/2 no. 109, P.H Road, Chennai in the State of Tamil Nadu.

The main objects of the company are that of carrying on exclusive retail outlets of agro based food products, and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG). The current line of business of the company are trading of food products. RCL Retail Limited is trying to be more competitive in order to increase the turnover and make profits and is taking earnest efforts for expansion of business and establishing various outlets.

The equity shares of the company are listed with Bombay Stock Exchange Limited SME Platform Scrip Code – 534708.
